Ryan and Rebekah Malone are a husband and wife real estate team based in Williamson County and working across middle Tennessee. Ryan is a Nashville native, and Rebekah has called the area home since middle school. As a result, they witnessed first hand Nashville’s transformation from a small southern city in the ’80s and ’90s to the “It City” it is today. They know the area well and truly believe there is no better place to live.
Prior to moving to middle Tennessee, Rebekah lived in Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Maryland, Rhode Island, and Mississippi. After finding her way to Williamson County, Rebekah attended Ensworth and Battle Ground Academy. She later graduated with honors from Ole Miss and was an active member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. Rebekah began her real estate career after teaching for eight years in the Williamson County school system. Rebekah easily transitioned to her new career thanks to her organizational skills and work ethic. She sold her first home within a week of becoming a Realtor, and she has not looked back. Prior to joining Compass, Rebekah was named McArthur Sanders’ “Agent of the Year” in 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022.
Ryan began his career in real estate in late 2020, after fifteen years as a trial attorney. Negotiating the best possible deal is a key part of the real estate buying and selling processes, and Ryan honed his negotiation skills by going head-to-head with some of the best attorneys in Tennessee. While an attorney, Ryan was also a Rule 31 listed mediator, meaning he is very experienced with all sides of the negotiation process. Ryan graduated from Donelson Christian Academy in 1997. He obtained his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Tennessee.
Ryan and Rebekah live in Franklin with their rambunctious German Shepherd, Minnie Pearl. They have family throughout Middle Tennessee. In his free time, Ryan is an avid, albeit middling, golfer. Rebekah enjoys working out, shopping, and time with friends and family. Their professional focus is on responsiveness and customer service, striving to make their clients’ deals both stress-free and enjoyable.
